As a Scheduling Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the scheduling, planning, and quoting of jobs across the UK. This is an office-based position where you will work closely with a small team to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate jobs to engineers based on location and availability.
- Prepare and provide quotations for upcoming jobs.
- Keep clients updated on the status of ongoing repairs and jobs.
- Manage and respond to incoming emails and phone calls.
- Plan and organize future maintenance work.
- Address and resolve any inquiries related to repairs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in administration, preferably in operations, planning, or scheduling.
- A professional telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
