Our client is an engineering business with a small, friendly office based in the Alfreton area.
Due to investment, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team.  This is an office based role, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 

As an Administrator your role will include:-
  • Preparing quotations
  • Handling invoice enquiries
  • Planning, scheduling and booking in projects for the engineering team
  • Speaking with customers and offering support
  • Ensuring there is the adequate stock to fulfil site projects
  • Working closely with other areas of the business to resolve enquiries
Our client is looking for someone who has:-
  • Experience of planning
  • Excellent Administrative skills (with knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of working within an engineering business would be advantageous but not essential.
In return for the right candidate our client is offering a competitive basic salary of between £27,000-30,000, a contributory company pension scheme, 25 days holidays + stats and a number of onsite facilities.
