Our client delivers and installs large steel temporary access solutions and is working on some of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects. Our clients access products play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale construction and engineering schemes across a variety of sectors.
Due to succession planning, our client is now looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager to join their team.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be supporting and shadowing an experienced Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in the management and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained
- Conduct site visits across the UK to oversee project delivery and ensure health and safety standards are adhered to
- Prepare project reports and documentation, including risk assessments and method statements
- Support in managing project risks, resources, and deliverables
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Experience of working within Project Management
- CPCS Appointed person (desirable)
- SMSTS (desirable)
- CSCS gold card
- Experience in preparing RAMS and Lift plans (CAD advantageous)
- Able to commute to the Nottingham office
