Our client, a successful and growing tech business in North Leicestershire, is seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader to develop and manage their team of 8 Internal Account Managers.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Skills
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire others.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to develop training programmes that enhance team performance.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools effectively.
  • A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
